The simple and delicate design of the rooms and superbly clean housekeeping and upkeep. The cleanliness really made my stay very very comfortable. The staff was really nice too. The furniture were mostly clean and new, especially the bath tub.
We knew the check out time was 12pm but we were running abit late and was still in packing up a few items when the alarm went off around 12.05pm and a staff came in to notify that we have to check out as it has passed the check out time. I understand it may cause inconvenience to the hotel if a guest checks out late, but it would be more preferable and less intrusive if a phone call was made to the room shortly before 12pm as a reminder instead. Other than that it was a great stay, highly recommended.

This hotel just newly opened and price was reasonable. The room i was given at 9th floor was very nice quaint, with simple english style decor and furnitures. The location is indeed 10 mins away from Jonker which was near. Opposite the hotel is a nice chinese restaurant called Bei Zhan.
As the hotel is new, i found the reception staff not very knowledgeable in what they are doing. There is no business centre in the hotel. Wifi is not very stable in the room. Making trip for business/work not very easy. There is no taxi line, nor do i see taxi coming into the hotel. I was given a taxi driver's number to call when i need a taxi however i found that really troublesome as the taxi driver could be really far away from the hotel and waiting time takes 10 mins. I had to literally go onto the road side to flag a taxi now, which i really dont recommend for most people as i didnt see many taxi coming that way and it may not be safe to be standing by roadside, a very obvious target for robbers etc. On the 2nd day of stay, i found out from reception that the hotel provides shuttle car services, to Jonker, melaka sentral etc and price is very reasonable and tour services if required. This could have been told me to on the first day, as i would have definetely made use of that. Taxi cost me 12 MYR to get to Jonker but shuttle car was only 10MYR. The walls of my room was quite thin as well and i could hear the conversations of the room beside me which was disturbing.

For sure, i like the room and the ambiance of the hotel. And for sure i will return back to your hotel. i like the decoration of the room.
Maybe you can put some music at lobby, floor and also your coffee house because i feel "alone" there. Maybe your staff can ask the guest about the room without the room list. Looks more professional. Thank you

Excellent service, although a few employees were not so helpful. The room was fairly quiet], carpeted, with lovely design, just the way I wanted. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I truly enjoyed it.
The views were bad.
